A Phoenix Fingerprinting, partners with Healthcare Educational Solutions. We are a small business that prides itself in providing quality service to our customers. We believe that the best way to conduct business is by being honest, confidential, accommodating, respectful, and friendly.
Currently, appointments are not necessary and you may just walk in. Please be sure to bring with you your photo ID and the ORI number you were provided. We can always help if unsure of ORI number. We pride ourselves on our knowledge.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 12:00pm. No appointment is needed!!
For your convenience, mobile services are also offered. If you have a group of five or more we can come directly to you. Furthermore, we offer a special discounted rate for schools, agencies, and hospitals.
Live Scan is an inkless, electronic fingerprinting procedure where prints are rolled on a scanner and captured in a computer software program especially designed to meet the standards or the FDLE & FBI.
The digitized images, along with the individuals personal descriptors, are then electronically transmitted directly to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, then transmitted to the Federal Bureau of Investigations, lastly to the verifying agency in Florida, for processing. This process is for the purpose of performing national criminal background checks on individuals applying for certain types of employment or licensing.
The fee for this service is listed. The fee for the Level II background check includes state, federal, and processing fees.

We are an American Heart Association training center & can come directly to your facilty for your CPR/BLS, ACLS & PALS, as well as CPR, AED &First Aid (childcare)
